Restaurants & Hospitality
Your busiest hour should not depend on a third-party app.
Groups, single rooms and hotel F&B teams hand their guest relationship to marketplaces and their margin with it. We build the direct channel. site, ordering, reservations and the data behind them. so the regular is yours.
The problem here
The margin is leaving through channels you did not choose.
This is the same integration problem we solve in other trades — different guest, same plumbing.
We start with a fee audit: what each channel actually costs you per ticket this month, in dollars, before anyone talks about a rebuild.
What we build for them
The direct channel, built as one system.
The same four services we run everywhere else, pointed at a guest instead of a homeowner. Nothing here is a hospitality-only product we would be inventing on your account.
Site and menu system
One menu model driving the site, the ordering flow and every third-party listing — so 86ing an item takes one edit, from a phone, mid-service.
WebsitesDirect ordering
Pickup and delivery on your own domain at your own margin, with the guest record and the email address staying with you.
Websites · CommerceGuest app and loyalty
A native app when there is a reason for one: reorder, loyalty, and drops for the guests who already come in weekly.
Mobile AppsPOS, reservations and delivery, connected
Your POS, reservation platform and delivery channels wired into one guest record, so spend and covers can finally be compared.
MiddlewarePhone and inbox cover
Calls and messages during service answered, triaged and logged, with anything consequential handed to a person with the context attached.
AIHow it goes
Three steps, and you see each one.
Identical to how we run every other engagement. The audit is a paid deliverable and a valid stopping point.
Audit the channels
Two weeks with your POS exports, delivery statements and reservation data. You get the real cost per ticket per channel, written down.
Deliverable — channel & fee auditBuild the direct path
One location, one menu source, direct ordering live and measured against the marketplace ticket before anything rolls out wider.
Deliverable — one location liveRoll out and run it
Remaining rooms onto the same system, then a monthly cadence on menu, campaigns and the guest data you now own.
Deliverable — rollout & monthly reportThe first engagement
What the first ninety days look like.
We have not shipped a hospitality client yet. Rather than dress that up, here is the plan we would run and the numbers you would hold us to.
Channel and fee audit
POS exports, delivery statements and reservation data in one model. You get cost per ticket per channel, the menu-sync failure points, and a ranked list of what is worth fixing. Fixed fee, and a valid place to stop.
One location, direct
Menu source of truth, site and direct ordering live for a single room, running beside the marketplaces so the comparison is real rather than argued.
Measure, then widen
Direct versus marketplace on ticket, margin and repeat rate. It only rolls out to the rest of the group once the first room holds through a full cycle.
Baselines are set from your data in the first two weeks and agreed in writing before we build. Where we have done this before is automotive and home services: inventory and availability that has to be right on several channels at once, leads that have to reach the right person, spend that has to be tied back to revenue. Ask us about that work — those are the references, and we would rather you judge us on them than on a hospitality logo we have not earned.
Other industries
The same four services, pointed somewhere else.

Be the first room we do this for.
A paid channel audit, a fixed fee, and a founding-client rate on the build if the numbers say it is worth doing.
