E-Commerce

The store is the easy part. The system around it is not.

Most brands do not have a storefront problem. They have a lifecycle, attribution and operations problem that shows up as a conversion rate. We build the store and everything it has to talk to.

The problem here

Traffic is not the constraint. The second purchase is.

The pattern across brands we have reviewed. Almost none of it is fixed by redesigning the product page.

We start with your platform exports and your last ninety days of spend, and reconcile them against each other. The gap is usually the whole conversation.

What we build for them

What we build around a storefront.

If your store already converts, we will say so and work on everything downstream of it instead.

01

Storefront build

Shopify and Shopify Plus, built for merchandising and speed, with the product model designed before the theme rather than after it.

02

Customizers and configurators

Product personalisation that writes clean line-item data, so what the customer designed is what production actually receives.

03

Lifecycle marketing

Email and SMS flows built on real behaviour — browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back — rather than a monthly send to everyone.

04

Attribution and reporting

One reconciled view of spend, sessions and revenue, so you stop arbitrating between three dashboards that each claim the sale.

05

Creative production

Product and lifestyle photography and short-form video on a cadence that keeps the testing queue fed instead of starved.

Media

How it goes

Three steps, and you see each one.

The audit is a paid deliverable and a valid stopping point. Some brands need one integration, not a rebuild.

01

Audit the stack

Two weeks across your platform exports, ad accounts and lifecycle tooling. You get the reconciled numbers and a ranked list of what is worth fixing.

Deliverable — stack audit
02

Fix the highest-value gap

Usually lifecycle or product data, not the theme. Built and measured against the baseline agreed in the audit.

Deliverable — first fix live
03

Run it and report it

Store, campaigns and creative on a monthly cadence, reported on contribution rather than platform-reported ROAS.

Deliverable — monthly operating report

The first engagement

What the first ninety days look like.

We have built commerce integrations and run the media, but we have not yet shipped a storefront of our own. Here is the plan and the numbers you would hold us to.

Days 1–14

Stack and margin audit

Platform exports, ad spend and lifecycle data reconciled into one model. You get contribution by channel, the product-data failure points, and a ranked fix list. Fixed fee, and a valid place to stop.

Days 15–45

Build the highest-value piece

Whichever gap the audit ranked first — usually lifecycle flows or the product data model — built and instrumented against the agreed baseline.

Days 46–90

Measure, then widen

Hold the change through a full purchase cycle before touching anything else. Scope widens on evidence, not on enthusiasm.

What you would hold us toAgreed before we start
Contribution after mediaRevenue net of COGS and ad spend, monthly, from your platform and statements
Repeat purchase rateShare of customers with a second order inside ninety days
Revenue from lifecycleOwned-channel revenue as a share of total, split flow versus campaign
Product data accuracyListings live anywhere that were unavailable or mispriced that day

Ad spend is always billed separately from our fee — it is the platform's money, not ours, and bundling the two is how agencies hide margin. Where we have done this before is home services and automotive: lead and inventory data that has to stay correct across several systems, and spend that has to be tied back to revenue. Judge us on that work rather than on a storefront logo we have not earned yet.

We will reconcile them against your ad spend and show you the gap on a call, before you have paid us anything.
